1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, connecting a Solana wallet, registering or purchasing encrypted media cards, creating or purchasing tokens, participating in bounties, or otherwise accessing or using the Gadalog application (the "Platform"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.
2. Storage Responsibilities (Local Private Media vs. Centralized Bounty Data)
Local-First Storage for Private Media: Your private media vaults, files, and associated metadata are stored directly on your local device. You are solely and exclusively responsible for backing up your own private media data. If you clear your browser cache, lose or damage your device, or experience hardware or software failure, your private media may be permanently lost. The Platform, its founders, developers, and affiliates have no access to your local private media and shall not be liable for any loss of private media, files, or information.
Centralized Database for Bounty Data: In contrast to your private media, all bounty-related data—including bounty details, quest progress, claims, ledger entries, and reward distributions—is stored in a centralized cloud database to ensure real-time synchronization, verification, and security across the network.
No Guarantee of Service: We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Third-party integrations and cloud services are subject to their own terms and operational availability. We disclaim all liability for any service interruptions, data breaches, or failures caused by these third parties.
3. Know Your Customer (KYC) & Identity Verification
The Platform implements a multi-level KYC verification system to prevent sybil attacks, duplicate accounts, and fraudulent activity within the bounty ecosystem.
Right to Request Re-verification: We reserve the right to require any User to retake or undergo the KYC verification process again at any time if we suspect foul play, duplicate accounts, sybil attacks, automated botting, or any other fraudulent activity. Failure to complete requested re-verification may result in immediate disqualification from bounties, withholding of rewards, or suspension of account access.
No Liability for Verification Errors: KYC Level 1 (biometrics and device fingerprinting) and Level 2 (document OCR and facial matching) rely on automated algorithms and third-party libraries. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of these verification processes. We shall not be liable if you are incorrectly flagged, delayed, or permanently blocked from accessing certain features due to verification errors or system failures.
4. Sale of Encrypted Media Cards (Blind Facilitation Service)
Blind, Non-Custodial Service: The Platform does not accept, host, store, view, screen, or otherwise take custody of any user media. Media associated with a media card remains encrypted and resides under the creator's own control; the Platform's role is limited to (a) registering a unique identifier for each encrypted media card and (b) facilitating payment and access-grant transactions between buyers and sellers via the Solana blockchain. The Platform has no technical means to view, inspect, decrypt, or otherwise access the underlying content of any media card at any time, except where a User or third party voluntarily submits the content directly to us — for example, as part of a report, complaint, or takedown request — in which case we may review the submitted material solely for the purpose of investigating and responding to that report.
Strict Prohibition of Illegal Content & Pornography: You are strictly prohibited from registering, selling, or distribution of any media card containing content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, violent, hateful, or otherwise objectionable. Pornography is strictly prohibited from being sold, distributed, or shared on the Platform.
5. Payments, Blockchain, and Solana Transactions
Inherent Blockchain Risks: By using the Platform's cryptocurrency features, you acknowledge and accept the risks inherent in blockchain technology, including but not limited to extreme price volatility, network congestion, high transaction (gas) fees, and software vulnerabilities.
Irreversibility & No Refunds: All transactions on the Solana blockchain—including credit purchases, media unlocks, and bounty funding—are final and irreversible once confirmed on-chain. The Platform cannot reverse blockchain transactions or recover lost funds, and does not provide refunds except where required by applicable law.
6. Platform Token, Bonding Curve Purchases, and User-Created Tokens
Platform Token: The Platform may offer its own native token (the "Platform Token") for purchase via an automated bonding curve mechanism. The price of the Platform Token is set algorithmically by the bonding curve smart contract based on supply and demand, and is not fixed, controlled, or guaranteed by the Platform. Purchasing the Platform Token does not constitute an investment contract, security, or promise of future value, profit, dividend, or return of any kind, and you should not acquire the Platform Token with an expectation of profit derived from the managerial or entrepreneurial efforts of others.
Token Creation Tools: The Platform provides tools that allow Users to independently create their own Solana-based tokens ("User Tokens"), including tokens launched using bonding curve presets made available on the Platform. These tools are technical infrastructure only. The Platform does not create, issue, control, promote, endorse, or take any ownership or revenue interest in any User Token, and the act of making the tools available does not constitute a recommendation to create, buy, or sell any User Token.
Bonding Curve and Volatility Risks: Tokens purchased or created via bonding curve mechanisms, including the Platform Token and any User Token, are subject to significant price volatility, may have little or no liquidity outside the relevant bonding curve, and are subject to smart contract risk, including the possibility of bugs, exploits, or total loss of value. The Platform does not guarantee the continued availability or correct operation of any bonding curve contract.
7. Bounties, Quests, and Rewards
Nature of Bounties: Bounties and quests hosted on the Platform are promotional engagement campaigns. They are designed and administered so that no purchase, payment, or financial contribution is ever required from participants to enter, participate, or win rewards. Users remain responsible for confirming that participation is lawful in their own jurisdiction.
